Our coaching program is designed to elevate and empower men in their journey towards self mastery, focusing on mindset, fitness, and overall well-being. Through this project, we commit to empowering, guiding, and inspiring men to unleash their full potential and live a life of fulfilment, purpose and resilience.




Former Special Forces operator (22 SAS)
I come from the highest level of standards, procedures and values that have been carried into this programme so that it forms the foundation of every single man’s life.
I spent 12 years in the military, the latter half of that time being in the special forces, serving in hostile environments all over the world during the most turbulent modern times. From Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Upon leaving the military, I worked in the security sector, serving clients such as media organisations in combat zones as a security advisor. I also worked with multiple A-List celebrities as well as a military advisor for Hollywood blockbuster movies.
And as much as all of this may sound very glamorous, I knew in my heart that none of this had been my true calling, and I even spent the next twelve years searching for what I felt was.
When I look back now, I realise that although I didn’t feel that I had found my true purpose in life during those years, every single thing I had done had led me to where I was at any given moment.
From competitive bodybuilding, starting and running two of my own gyms, and coaching a vast array of demographics for more than fifteen years, I had honed an enormous amount of experience. I decided during lockdown in 2020, that I was going to hyper focus on empowering men to unlock their own potential.The true calling I had always been searching for, had found me.

Negative. This program is designed to overhaul your appearance, performance, and overall well-being. It ensures you can still enjoy your favourite foods and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
The mission is to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to sustain your progress independently. Throughout the program, we will educate you on the principles and methods used, ensuring you understand the rationale behind each strategy. This way, you won't be dependent on a coach for the long term.
You will have direct, one-on-one communication with your coach whenever needed. Additionally, you will participate in weekly check-ins to review your progress and ensure steady advancement every single week.
Affirmative. In fact, we encourage it! We will teach you the principles necessary to enjoy your favorite foods while still achieving top-notch results.
You need to commit to three 45-minute training sessions per week. These sessions will be tailored to fit your schedule and the equipment you have available.
